Privacy policy

This website collects no personal data about you through your browser. This page explains precisely what that means and what small amount of processing is unavoidable. Effective 24 September 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller for any processing described here is Central rbr s.r.o., K Hájům 3056/5a, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company no. 08760799. Contact for all privacy matters: info@sorentis.online.

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, because our processing is neither large-scale nor systematic monitoring. Privacy enquiries go to the address above.

2. What we do not collect

Stated explicitly, because the absence is the point of this policy:

• We set no cookies of any kind — not necessary ones, not analytics, not advertising.
• We use no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
• We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, nothing.
• We load no advertising or conversion pixel, tag manager or remarketing tag.
• We do no device or browser fingerprinting.
• We make no third-party requests. There are no web fonts from Google, no CDN, no externally hosted images, no embedded video, no social widgets. Loading a page on this site contacts this domain and nothing else.
• We operate no contact form and no newsletter, deliberately: a form would collect personal data and break the promise above.
• We build no profiles and carry out no automated decision-making.

3. What is unavoidably processed

3.1 Server access logs

Like every web server on the internet, the server that delivers this site records each request it answers. A log entry typically contains the requesting IP address, the date and time, the file requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, and the user-agent string your browser sends.

• Purpose: operating the service, diagnosing faults, and defending against attack and abuse.
• Legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our interest in a functioning, secure website. Our assessment is that this does not override your rights, because the data is not combined with anything else, is not used to identify or profile you, and is not used for advertising or analytics.
• Retention: log files are rotated and deleted on the hosting infrastructure’s standard schedule, which does not exceed 30 days.
• Recipients: our hosting provider, acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We have no other recipients.

We do not read these logs for analytics purposes and we do not produce visitor statistics from them.

3.2 Email you send us

If you write to info@sorentis.online, we process your address, your message and anything else you choose to include, in order to answer you.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on whether your message concerns a prospective agreement or is a general enquiry.
• Retention: correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, and then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
• Recipients: our email provider, as a processor. We do not use your address for marketing and we do not pass it to anyone else.

4. Partner links

This site contains links to a commercial partner, clearly marked as partner links. Nothing happens until you click one. No pixel fires on page load, and no information about you is transmitted to any partner while you are simply reading.

When you do click a partner link, your browser navigates to an intermediate page on this domain and then on to the partner’s website. From that moment you are on their site and their privacy policy applies — they will typically set their own cookies to attribute the referral, and we have no control over and no access to that.

Two things are forwarded in the URL when you make that click: the referring address of this site, and any advertising campaign parameters that were already in the address you arrived on (for example utm_source or msclkid). We add nothing of our own, we generate no identifier for you, and we store nothing on your device. Our referrer policy is strict-origin-when-cross-origin, so the partner receives our domain name, not the full page address.

We receive from our partner only aggregate commission reporting — how many purchases resulted — never data identifying an individual.

5. International transfers

Our hosting is within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. If a partner you choose to visit does so, that is governed by their own policy, which you should read on their site.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawfulness.

In practice, because this site stores nothing about you, in most cases there will be no data to give you beyond any email correspondence you have had with us. You are entitled to ask, and we will answer.

To exercise any right, write to info@sorentis.online. We respond within one month, as required by Art. 12(3) GDPR.

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection:

If you live in another EU or EEA country you may complain to your own national authority instead.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults making purchasing decisions. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data it collects none from children either.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here. This policy will never be changed to add tracking without that change being stated plainly on this page.
